Julien Macdonald has been a fixture on the London and Paris Fashion Week scenes for almost two decades. He had a very public appointment to the House of Givenchy in the late 1990s where he used his skills in knitwear to bring a new dimension. His Scottish roots and love of knitwear will always be a part of the Julien Macdonald DNA of his ready to wear line. Another piece of this British label is his love of glamorous gowns and usage of embroidery. Metallic and white were major hues seen in this collection. This season also saw a lot of inspiration from dance. Check out a few of my favorite pieces.
